Christmas Day
Christmas is the most important traditional festival in the West, celebrated on December 25th every year to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ. Today, it has transcended religious significance and become a joyous occasion shared globally. People usually decorate Christmas trees in advance, hanging colored lights, bells and gift boxes to create a warm atmosphere. Family reunion is the core of Christmas. Family members gather to enjoy traditional delicacies such as roast turkey and gingerbread, exchange carefully prepared gifts, and convey love and blessings.

In addition, church services on Christmas Eve, festive parades on the streets, and the legend of Santa Claus all add a strong sense of ritual to the festival. Whether it is the innocent yearning of children for Santa Claus to bring gifts through the chimney, or the expectation of adults to regain warmth through the festival in their busy lives, Christmas carries people's yearning for beauty and peace, and has become an important link connecting family and friendship.
